For Airport Key Assistance, please have suitable photo identification available together with your airport parking booking confirmation, email/SMS or booking reference. Parking documentation helps us connect the enquiry with the parked vehicle but does not by itself prove legal ownership.
Parking access must be arranged. Before attendance is confirmed, please contact the relevant parking operator and establish whether an OTOFIX KEYS mobile locksmith/service vehicle is permitted to enter and work at your vehicle's location.
Provide the car park/operator, booking reference, exact parking location where known, return date, expected arrival time and a working phone/WhatsApp number. Do not send sensitive identity documents through the standard website form.

We can review your vehicle and arrival details and, where the job can be arranged, coordinate a meeting at an agreed accessible location near your parked vehicle.
