If you place your order before 2pm, we'll make sure it's picked, packed, and dispatched on the same day through your preferred delivery method. Orders received after 2pm will be shipped by the next day at the latest.

All items posted to a UK address are covered by Tracked Postage.

We at OTOFIX LTD don't offer pay and collect from our premises.

We kindly inform you that in case of a missing parcel, Royal Mail's investigation process starts 15 days after the expected delivery date. Hence, OTOFIX LTD will be unable to provide replacements for any missing parcels until after this waiting period.
